Really hope it's on it's way to somewhere where only this vehicle can go. Will it go anywhere a less expensive 4x4 can't go, is there such a place in S.A.? Do you know what exactly this is?
this is a Hummer and costs over a million South African Rands and this photo was taken In Johannesburg city centre,i cant see the use of such an expensive vehicle especially for city use.What must the running cost be for this vehicle?Who is feeding the bill?A cheaper off road vehicle would do a better job at less the cost.have a nice day
